Being in the customer service field myself, it is difficult to exceed my expectations - but Sir Grout did just that. They contacted us by phone EVERY step of the way. Made us aware of the process, timing, arrival of the technician - you name it they covered it. In addition, we noticed a small area that was overlooked from the initial service. Sir Grout scheduled TJ to come right back out and address the issue. We are very happy with the work and the service Sir Grout provided and would highly recommend them!

Great customer service! More importantly, my shower and tile flooring looked brand new when they were done. I had a slight issue at the 4 month mark, but they came right back out and performed repairs free of charge, no questions asked. I am convinced and will use them again if I ever need grout repairs.
