Just wanted to tell you how pleased my folks are with the master bathroom shower touch-up that TJ did for us last week. TJ was so pleasant and his work was exceptional. He really went the extra mile to make sure the shower looked great and my folks were completely satisfied. Honestly, the shower looks practically new again, just like the day Donald finished when he did the original Sir Grout work late last year. It was good to see that the color in the grout formula is now back to being as white as ever. Sorry for all the hassle, but Sir Grout really made good on your promise in the message below.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation (and that of my parents' too) to TJ and Donald. They saved us a lot of money and they definitely made us retired "old fogies" very happy again. We'll be sure to recommend Sir Grout at every opportunity.

And one additional thank-you for the gallon of the Sir Grout cleaner that you gave us through Donald. It's the ONLY cleaner I use now on all our tile, porcelain, stainless steel, and lots of other items, including wood. It does a terrific job, lasts a very long time, and cuts way down on the number of products we need for household cleaning. Sure wish I'd known about it years ago!

Good Morning, I just wanted to thank you for recommending Chris Wynn. Chris installed the tile and did a fantastic job. He had to cut each of the approximate 300 tiles at least twice and laid them in a herringbone design. The porch is BEAUTIFUL! He was so precise with the work he did. You could tell he enjoyed his job!

From the initial estimate and explanation of the work options, to the scheduling confirmation, to the work on site by TJ (excellent!) everything went extremely well. Colors were matched and great care was taken to do an outstanding job. Their work was as advertised and it is an enormous improvement, getting rid of eyesores and water seepage issues and transforming things as new. While the price initially seemed a bit high, I had done some comparisons with other contractors and Sir Grout seemed a better value and better product. No hesitation to highly recommend them!

Replaced and sealed tile grout on walls of two bathrooms. Put anti-slip coating on two bathtubs. Both projects went very well and I am extremely pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of the wonderful technician.

This was a very small job. We experienced a leak in our master shower and had to remove marble and then reinstall mosaic tile in two places. Sir Grout removed the tile and then returned to reinstall backer board and tile after the plumber was finished. We had to wait for them to fit us into their schedule to start the project, but they are worth ANY wait. They did a beautiful job and didn't damage any of the existing marble. I'd definitely hire them again for any size job.

Both guys worked quickly and efficiently to clean, seal and improve the look of the tile in my house. I would definitely use them again.
