My house was only seven years old when I purchased it used last year. The shower and bathroom floor showed normal signs of wear and tear, for its moderate to excessive use. Unconsciously, I thought that DIY cleaning solutions were good enough to clean the glazed porcelain stone tile and grouting. Not until I saw a new install, I realized that I was mistaken. The missing pieces of tile plastering cement also led to pesky Drain Flies from day one of move in.

The process involved in the "Shower Package" fully restored my shower and got rid of the Drain Flies in one night. The cleaning and sealer also made the bathroom floor look amazing. Side note, I have paid a professional plumber and purchased at least one dozen bottles of Drain Fly killer to eradicate the problem -- without success.

I will use Sir Grout for the remainder.

What an excellent job! From the very beginning, this was a great experience. Donald came to our house and explained everything clearly. He quoted us what we considered a fair price. Communication from that day until the day of the job was excellent. On the day of the job, Nick called us in advance to let us know the arrival time. Nick is the master. He did a phenomenal job. Did an excellent job on my shower I forgot the before and after photos. My shower was not in that bad of shape but looks like new now I have not used the shower yet due to install of new glass doors and I am hoping for no issues.

I just wanted to say how extremely pleased I am with my experience with Sir Grout. Our shower stall has basically been neglected by the former homeowner, so the grout was looking bad, and some of the caulking was coming undone. After calling to set up the initial inspection, Jeff was out there in a few days. He took the time to explain the job and gave an estimate. A week later, someone was out here to do the work.

They were timely, and professional, and got it done before the end of the business day. Even when I noticed a small little piece that came undone, Jeff himself came out to take care of it.

I don't wish that something else happens in my home anytime soon, but I do know eventually a lot of the other tiles will need work. And for that, I'm glad I know I will be able to count on Sir Grout to take care of it!

Patrick was kind and helpful. He was here for 3.5 hours and worked diligently the entire time. The bathtub and tile line looks clean and bright after many years. I am hopeful I can maintain this look with low pH cleaners.
