I contacted Sir Grout after finding them online. Donald came out to the assessment and gave me a very fair quote for my shower and floor regrouping and sealing. I am in shock at how good my shower and floor look. Literally looks brand new they did an amazing job. Left no mess behind either. I highly recommend it.
Our master bathroom shower floor was in pretty bad shape. We tried cleaning it, but it was too far gone. Finally called Sir Grout. Thank God we did. After a lot of painstaking, hard work, Nick the service tech, was able to restore the shower, particularly the floor, to its original shape. Excellent job! Highly recommend this company.

Addressed an issue with shower floor; grout discolored in certain areas. Jeff explained what was causing this and proposed a couple of solutions to mitigate the problem. Technician who did the actual work cleaned the tile and grout and addressed the issues identified by Jeff. I'm hoping this will give me a couple more years of service on the floor before thinking about retiling. I would recommend this service.
