We have had them return about every two years to repeat the treatment. The service technicians that have been in our home, have been very professional and polite. We never have to worry when we schedule this routine required maintenance of our master bedroom stone shower. They are on time, professional polite, and very helpful in educating us on routine care we can do ourselves. That is a very well-run business and anyone requiring grout and caulking done professionally should call them for their services.
