I first used Sir Grout in 2017 to clean and seal our stone master shower. While they were here on that first visit, my wife asked if they could caulk our kitchen which they gladly did. We have had them return about every two years to repeat the treatment. The service technicians that have been in our home, have been very professional and polite. We never have to worry when we schedule this routine required maintenance of our master bedroom stone shower. They are on time, professional polite, and very helpful in educating us on routine care we can do ourselves. That is a very well-run business and anyone requiring grout and caulking done professionally should call them for their services.

I called Sir Grout from an advertisement in a local ad. I was able to make an appointment for an estimate to have the travertine tile refinished in my kitchen. I was given an estimate after a review of what the job entailed. I thought the price was very, very reasonable given the scope of the job and some repairs that needed to be made to some of the tiles. I was promised the job would be scheduled within 2 weeks and Sir Grout sent Patrick about 7 days later to complete the service. Patrick was on time to start the job and did an excellent job of explaining the process as he first cleaned the tiles, added new grout, and then sealed the surface. The floor now looks the best it has looked since it was installed in 2006. One great thing about the job was that about 2 hours after the surface was refinished it was dry and I was able to move my furniture back in the kitchen. We are very happy with the price and service Sir Grout provided.

Excellent experience with Sir Grout Atlanta. They expertly removed 13 years of grime and moldy residue from our shower in less than two hours, replacing the old grout and caulking with new material, and virtually returning our bathroom to "as-new-condition". Sir Grout did our bathroom floor after our cleaning service using an acid based cleaner took the finish off. Nick did a great job refinishing the bathroom floor. It looks better now then it did when it was new!
