Cleaned/dyed/resealed grout in Master bath and shower, provided a non-slip coating to tile in Master bath, reconditioned two marble vanities in half baths. On time for estimate and work. Very professional crew with drop cloths and shoe coverings. Marble reconditioning is spectacular before and after results.

Overall, I was very impressed with Sir Grout. They won me with their quote/estimate. They were very thorough with explaining their product and process to me and gave me good peace of mind. When I showed them an unrelated area of tile in my kitchen that had a stain, they jumped in to remove the stain right on the spot. They were also very flexible to our schedule for completing the work. We only have one bathroom, so not having access to it for 3 days is a huge inconvenience. We were able to schedule the work to be completed when we were taking a long weekend out of town. When the work was completed, we were very impressed with the way the floor turned out. It looked far better then when we purchased the house 7 years ago. There were a few spots in the tub surround that didn't quite come out right at first, but after reaching out to Jeff Miller, they followed up right away to make it right.

...on a Saturday yet, and 92 degrees with no AC because he wanted us to have fresh air, etc. We knew going in that this floor would have issues. Santos worked 6 hours with Joe following up on the phone, but there has just been too many coats of acrylic, wax and urethane which has become one with the heavy duty concrete grout. On the plus side, the tiles have never been cleaner! Ever!! We will probably cover this floor with a new one, figuring if Sir Grout can't conquer it, it's beyond help, but I'm thankful we will be covering a clean floor - nothing growing on it, etc. We will be contacting Joe after the kitchen remodel to do the bathrooms.

Joe came to assess the job and provide the estimate. He was on time and listened and understood my concern about the dog urine smell in the stone and grout (from previous homeowner's dogs). He carefully examined the stone and explained the proposed process to do a very thorough cleaning. He measured the rooms for the estimate which he emailed in a couple of days. After scheduling the work, but before it was done, Joe called to discuss the process again and hear my ideas about how best to get at the source of the smell. He and the owner, Jeff, also were kind to give consideration to my concern about the cost estimate. The day of the cleaning, the crewman assigned to the cleaning called ahead and was on time. He was put down tarps on the wood floors from the front door to the rooms to be cleaned to protect the wood floors from the equipment rolling across them. He performed the work carefully and diligently, including getting on his hands and knees to reach spots where the machines could not reach. He explained what he was doing at each stage. He was always courteous and friendly. When the job was done, he cleaned up after himself and explained that the sealer would need several hours to set before furniture could be brought back in. And the smell is gone!
