My tumbled marble Stone shower was never sealed properly and over the past three years extensive soap residue and middle do had set in. I tried hundreds of dollars worth of cleaning products and could not get it clean without harming the stone. First of all, Jeff came out and gave me a very informative quote. He made tons of notes and recommendations. We set up an appointment and about a week later Stephen came out and worked all day while I was at work. Basically from 9 a.m. till almost 5 p.m. My shower looks brand new. they re-grouted everything, and sealed the corners to be more flexible because they were cracking. Then they put a seal coating over the entire shower. It looks fantastic. Honestly I thought it would cost about $600 so I was a little surprised, but I do believe you get what you pay for. As for Stephen, he was extremely polite and very professional. I can't stay at home with contractors, and I felt very comfortable letting him have run of my house while I was at work.

We have used Sir Grout, a franchised company, to resurface a damaged marble floor and to clean grout in ceramic-tiled bathrooms. I'm sure they do Mexican tile floors too. You can go to their website to see before and after photos and to get the local number.

Just wanted to tell you how pleased my folks are with the master bathroom shower touch-up that TJ did for us last week. TJ was so pleasant and his work was exceptional. He really went the extra mile to make sure the shower looked great and my folks were completely satisfied. Honestly, the shower looks practically new again, just like the day Donald finished when he did the original Sir Grout work late last year. It was good to see that the color in the grout formula is now back to being as white as ever. Sorry for all the hassle, but Sir Grout really made good on your promise in the message below.

Good Morning, I just wanted to thank you for recommending Chris Wynn. Chris installed the tile and did a fantastic job. He had to cut each of the approximate 300 tiles at least twice and laid them in a herringbone design. The porch is BEAUTIFUL! He was so precise with the work he did. You could tell he enjoyed his job!
