We were quite happy with the restoration work for our bathrooms . Our technician, TJ called to tell us he was on his way to our house. He gave us a choice on the grout color to be sure it matched our current colors. We had a slight problem with one bathroom but after talking with Jeff, it was resolved to our satisfaction when Jeff came out himself to check on the tiles and did a quick touch up. They are dependable and offer good service.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Miller, owner and CEO of Sir Grout Atlanta, a kind and generous gentleman. He was to give us an estimate on grouting our shower but stayed to put in a new shower head, caulk a ledge in our shower and repair a faucet in our laundry room. Recently, Sir Grout came to do some work at our house. First was the evaluation of the work and the estimate. We needed granite grout repair in the kitchen and floor and shower grouting in two baths. Samples for color and grout repair were presented, and the job was explained to us. Our representative answered all our questions. We were scheduled for the work a few days after we received our same day estimate and evaluation. To our delight, the work began very quickly. Our specialist arrived on time and worked throughout the morning, finishing around one o'clock. What a marvelous job! There is no question about the care given to our home and the job to be done by Sir Grout. We couldn't be more pleased and grateful, and already we have recommended Sir Grout to some friends and to our real estate agent. Thank you, Sir Grout, for a job well done that we did not want to tackle and one that you did with ease.

My tumbled marble Stone shower was never sealed properly and over the past three years extensive soap residue and middle do had set in. I tried hundreds of dollars worth of cleaning products and could not get it clean without harming the stone. First of all, Jeff came out and gave me a very informative quote. He made tons of notes and recommendations. We set up an appointment and about a week later Stephen came out and worked all day while I was at work. Basically from 9 a.m. till almost 5 p.m. My shower looks brand new. they re-grouted everything, and sealed the corners to be more flexible because they were cracking. Then they put a seal coating over the entire shower. It looks fantastic. Honestly I thought it would cost about $600 so I was a little surprised, but I do believe you get what you pay for. As for Stephen, he was extremely polite and very professional. I can't stay at home with contractors, and I felt very comfortable letting him have run of my house while I was at work.

We have used Sir Grout, a franchised company, to resurface a damaged marble floor and to clean grout in ceramic-tiled bathrooms. I'm sure they do Mexican tile floors too. You can go to their website to see before and after photos and to get the local number.
