The company is honest and courteous. I was given one estimate, but they were unable to perform one of the tasks, so they deducted that amount from the final bill. We used them to clean grout in our old home and I am going to call them to clean our new, pre-owned, home.

We had our stone shower sealed by Sir Grout recently. The customer service by Jeff and his team was OUTSTANDING! Being in the customer service field myself, it is difficult to exceed my expectations - but Sir Grout did just that. They contacted us by phone EVERY step of the way. Made us aware of the process, timing, arrival of the technician - you name it they covered it. In addition, we noticed a small area that was overlooked from the initial service. Sir Grout scheduled TJ to come right back out and address the issue. We are very happy with the work and the service Sir Grout provided and would highly recommend them!
