Black mildew stains were everywhere and the white grout between the floor tiles was dark gray. YUCK, but Sir Grout fixed all that. They promptly came to inspect the bath and provide a quote. We really appreciated the "education" given during the inspection phase. We also really appreciated the lack of a "hard sell" pitch. (I don't know about you, but I'm sick of the hard sell.) When we called to schedule the work, they promptly fit us into the schedule (essentially a new team member was willing to work on a Sunday). The worker showed up on time and he did a great job. He was very diligent throughout the project even though the work took several hours longer than originally anticipated. I commend his and his work. I have no qualms whatsoever recommending Sir Grout."

Our shower stall floor was floating and beyond the scope of what he did. He recommended one of his subs to come out and give an estimate to remove and replace the shower stall floor. TJ and Randy were terrific. They did the work with attention to detail and followed through on every commitment. When they were done, they returned and then finished the removal and sealing of some grout lines on the stall walls. When it was done it looked just like Jeff said it would, brand new. If you don't consider Sir Grout for your tile work, it will be your loss..."
