Donald sealed the grout on a new floor and cleaned and color-sealed the grout and refreshed the caulk in two bathrooms that were about 20 years old, they look brand new! Joe was very helpful in coordinating access to the unit (a condo) and saving me trips. I'd recommend them.
Great experience! The gentlemen who helped me were both very patient. Joe provided the cost estimate and went through step by step to let me know what would be done during the process. He took the time to answer some questions that I had and never made me feel as if I was wasting his time. The cost of the process was very fair considering everything that was being done. Carlos, who actually did the repairs/sealing, was very quick and thorough. He made sure I understood what was being done and when he finished he had me take a look to make sure everything looked good. I had also tried to fix some of the grout myself and both Joe and Carlos let me know they'd be glad to fix it (which they did of course!) My shower looks brand new and I couldn't be happier.

The completed work looks great. From quote to job completion everything went smoothly, time tables were met, clean up performed exactly as promised. Our grout guy was pleasant, and had me check the progress of his work to be sure I was pleased. Would hire Jeff again for any grout work.

My tile and grout look as good as new again! The team at Sir Grout did a remarkable job cleaning the tile/grout in my kitchen and bathrooms. I was not a fan of the tile in my kitchen but could not put my finger on why. Something as simple as changing the color of the grout made all the difference and I love the way it looks (not to mention all the money I saved not having to replace the tile). I liked that they warranty the work and it is transferable if we decide to sell our home. They might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and it was worth every penny.
Fantastic job. Showed up on time, 4 bathrooms to be done... they did two at a time to allow our office to have access to bathrooms the entire time they were here. No mess, no fuss. Cleaned up the small mess they made and were done in the same day. Will most assuredly call them again!
