After 11 years the grout in our master shower, tub, and floors was looking pretty rough. The grout in the tile backsplash in the kitchen was stained, as was the caulk line around the solid surface countertops. We have a tile shower in the basement and the corners and grout lines between the walls and floor had cracked. After a google search we contacted Ari Kurtz with Sir Grout Atlanta, and he stopped by to do an estimate. He was on time, polite, and very thoroughly explained what the job would entail, and provided a very detailed quote.

We scheduled the job and a few days later Joe showed up to complete the work. All went well until he got to the master shower. Once the caulk was removed there was water seeping out where the walls meet the floor. Joe explained to us that there was no way the new grout would bond and highly recommended letting it dry out for a week. He returned a week later, at no extra charge, and completed the job to like new condition. We highly recommended Ari, Joe and the team at Sir Grout a real first class outfit!

Very good experience with this company. There aren't that many grout services out there, so it was good to find this one. They responded to my request for a quote quickly and made it convenient for me by viewing my shower on-line. They were able to get to the work quickly. Nick did a great job and made sure I was only paying for the work completed as there were some things on the quote we ended up not needing. They seem honest and interested in providing great service. Super responsive.
