Sir Grout updated two showers in our house. From the initial quote through the finished updates, they were a pleasure to work with. Our technician Patrick was very professional and communicated really well with us to set up times. On our second shower, he was teaching a new hire. He is also an excellent mentor. The owner Jeff came by as they were finishing the second shower and double-checked everything. Great experience. I can highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable, very efficient, great customer service, great price. Called for a reminder appt, and called when they were on their way. I was going to rip up the tile and spend so much more on fixing the master bath and they had a much more cost-effective way to clean up and fix our issues. It looks like a new shower. We recently built a new house and invested in marble flooring for the master bath. Unfortunately, the builder left all kinds of spots on the floor that they didn't take the time to clean it properly before we moved in. My husband (who is extremely handy) was too nervous to do this on his own due to possibly messing up our initial investment. Jeff was recommended to us by Inman Park Marble that we got all of our countertops. Jeff came to our home, he explained everything, and we decided that we needed to do this. We do not have a huge master bath, but Patrick spent 6 hours at our home and was meticulous with his work, and clean up. He did a wonderful job. We personally feel better that our floor and shower were done properly, the way they should have been done before we moved in. Thank you, Jeff, and Patrick!

Nick did a great job taking care of some bathrooms at my office. I liked it so much that I had them do the bathrooms at the house at well. I found Jeff easy to work with and the services at a fair price. I would certainly use it again.

We've had two different bathrooms serviced by Sir Grout, including repair of broken grout, re-caulking, and sealing. Nick did a great job on both. He clearly takes his time to make sure everything is done correctly and neatly, with an eye for detail. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
