Sir Grout updated two showers in our house. From the initial quote through the finished updates, they were a pleasure to work with. Our technician Patrick was very professional and communicated really well with us to set up times. On our second shower, he was teaching a new hire. He is also an excellent mentor. The owner Jeff came by as they were finishing the second shower and double-checked everything. Great experience. I can highly recommend them.
Very knowledgeable, very efficient, great customer service, great price. Called for a reminder appt, and called when they were on their way. I was going to rip up the tile and spend so much more on fixing the master bath and they had a much more cost-effective way to clean up and fix our issues. It looks like a new shower.
