Cleaned the walls and the floor of master marble shower; and also cleaned a tile floor in my guest bath that had cracked and the grout was dirty and missing in some areas. I think a lot has to do with the person doing the cleaning, the person we had was experienced. He had a great attitude and took his job seriously. When he was finished he asked me to look it over and was willing to redo a couple of areas that I thought needed more "elbow grease."

Cleaned/dyed/resealed grout in Master bath and shower, provided a non-slip coating to tile in Master bath, reconditioned two marble vanities in half baths. On time for estimate and work. Very professional crew with drop cloths and shoe coverings. Marble reconditioning is spectacular before and after results.

Overall, I was very impressed with Sir Grout. They won me with their quote/estimate. They were very thorough with explaining their product and process to me and gave me good peace of mind. When I showed them an unrelated area of tile in my kitchen that had a stain, they jumped in to remove the stain right on the spot. They were also very flexible to our schedule for completing the work. We only have one bathroom, so not having access to it for 3 days is a huge inconvenience. We were able to schedule the work to be completed when we were taking a long weekend out of town. When the work was completed, we were very impressed with the way the floor turned out. It looked far better then when we purchased the house 7 years ago. There were a few spots in the tub surround that didn't quite come out right at first, but after reaching out to Jeff Miller, they followed up right away to make it right.

...on a Saturday yet, and 92 degrees with no AC because he wanted us to have fresh air, etc. We knew going in that this floor would have issues. Santos worked 6 hours with Joe following up on the phone, but there has just been too many coats of acrylic, wax and urethane which has become one with the heavy duty concrete grout. On the plus side, the tiles have never been cleaner! Ever!! We will probably cover this floor with a new one, figuring if Sir Grout can't conquer it, it's beyond help, but I'm thankful we will be covering a clean floor - nothing growing on it, etc. We will be contacting Joe after the kitchen remodel to do the bathrooms.
