Great experience with Sir Grout! Jeff came to our house and explained in detail what they could do to restore our master bathroom shower and floor. His quote included everything and was very specific. Donald was the technician who came on the scheduled day, called to let me know he was on his way, and worked the entire day. He did an amazing job with our white tile and white grout frameless shower and travertine floor. We are very pleased with the results. We heard not such great feedback from neighbors about other less costly services, so you do get what you pay for. We would definitely use Sir Grout again.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff was here at our scheduled time for a quote, which was about what I expected. Working against my schedule, we had to schedule the work almost a month out, which was fine. Phone call reminder the night before, as well as one the morning of from the technician to say he was 30 mins away. We did two bathrooms (master and Jack & Jill). I honestly think they look better now than they did when we built the house 12 years ago. Donald did an awesome job (and is perhaps the most polite gentleman I have ever had to do work for me). I expect this to be an investment that looks great for years to come. If you are on the fence, I highly recommend you pull the trigger. You won't regret it!

Owner Jeff Miller promised that his technician could clean and polish the marble surfaces to a 'mirror shine' - and he did. My only complaint is that I was not prepared for how messy the process would be. The technician used a single drop cloth, but after he left, there was a fine dust over everything in the bathroom and bedroom, and a grit on the floor that I had to damp mop to remove. However, the floors and counter tops looked terrific. I highly recommend the company, but be prepared to cover all your surfaces beforehand.

Sir Grout did an amazing job with restoring the grout and caulking in several bathrooms. The bathrooms look new! We are trying to sell our house and Sir Grout was able to accommodate our timeline by working on a Sunday. Would recommend and use again!

We had our countertops sealed and some grungy floor tile done in the bathroom. It ended up looking great and the technician who did the job was a nice guy, worked around our kids and gave us some good advice on grout color. The service wasn't cheap, but it was reasonable. I would recommend the company.

We used Sir Grout to restore the grout in a tile shower, with a lot of mold. General manager Joe Bodnar was professional and thorough. The installer, Michael, was on time, courteous, worked meticulously, no mess, was helpful in matching the color to the original, and the outcome met what we expected. The Sir Grout professionals were very thorough from the start to finish with our shower repair. When the job was completed the shower looked brand new. They removed the existing caulk and grout, filled the joints if needed, steam cleaned the shower tile and grout to kill any existing mold or mildew, dry and color sealed the grout, hand buffed, and applied sealant and protector to the entire shower. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you again to the professionals at Sir Grout for your excellent service.

We used Sir Grout to clean and re-grout our shower and bathroom tiles. Every aspect of the process was done to perfection.
