The workers did a fantastic job re-grouting all of our bathrooms and were just as pleasant to deal with. I've become accustomed to getting over-promised with vendors who work on housing projects, but every aspect of working with Sir Grout was exactly as promised, including timeliness. It went great. The process went exactly as Jeff described; there were no surprises. The technician who did the work, TJ, was amazing. He was pleasant and friendly, not creepy like some strangers you have coming into your house to do work. I hope next time we use Sir Grout we will get him again. And the difference is huge! It looks so much better now! I would definitely call them again next time I need grout work done, and am already looking around at other tile in the house with critical eyes thinking their time is coming soon!
