When I scheduled this appointment, I thought I was being a sucker for paying this much for grout work but did not have the time to shop around. I just wanted it done. I will say after the repairs were done and I saw the end results I can say they did a better job with the grout in my bathrooms than the custom builder that built the house. Jeff and his team were great and very professional. I can not say enough about how professional, organized and clean they were in my house. Definitely exceeded my expectations, I would reuse and highly recommend!!!

Sir Grout did a great job on my shower. They showed up on time and did a beautiful job, cleaning and sealing the tile in my master bath. It looks like new and it's 14 years old! Much better than I had hoped! I highly recommend Sir Grout!

In the past, I've had a bad experience twice in having my grout replaced in showers and countertops so was a little wary with Sir Grout. I was very happy with the outcome of the job. I had four bathrooms - showers and countertops along with a kitchen countertop that needed work. The team assigned to my home did a fabulous job. Jeff Miller is the owner of the franchise and he came out personally to explain in detail what the company can do. He then typed out in detail what the team will do which I loved because is minimized the mistakes in the process. The team I had, Michael, Donald and Carlos, were amazing. They kept me in the process by giving me options on the colors of the grout. They cleaned up afterwards and then Jeff made a point to come by to see if everything was satisfactory to me. He even caught a couple of things that needed to be done and the team jumped on it immediately. After everyone left, I then had the time to go in to assess everything. I wanted a couple of color changes done and told Michael about them. He came over on his day off to redo what I wanted and didn't charge me extra. I recommend this company because of the professionalism, the skill in knowing what to do and their caring nature to please the customer.

We are pleased with the work Sir Grout did to restore our stone tile shower to its original state. Now that it has the correct grout and is properly sealed, we will be able to keep it clean and water-tight much more easily! Jeff, the owner, came to my house to see what needed to be done and give me the estimate within a few days of my calling Sir Grout. He was very easy to talk to and clearly explained the process. He was able to schedule the work for about 3 weeks out. Two guys arrived that morning. They were polite and explained what they would be doing. They also helped me choose new grout colors for the floors in the 2 kids bathrooms. They completed the work in 1 day and I am thrilled with the results. I had thought that I would need to replace the tile in the boys' bathrooms because it looked so bad, but after it was cleaned they looked like new. The bathrooms also look bigger after the grout was lightened. I love how fresh my bathrooms feel after I had the work done. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
