Jeff, the owner, came to my house to see what needed to be done and give me the estimate within a few days of my calling Sir Grout. He was very easy to talk to and clearly explained the process. He was able to schedule the work for about 3 weeks out. Two guys arrived that morning. They were polite and explained what they would be doing. They also helped me choose new grout colors for the floors in the 2 kids bathrooms. They completed the work in 1 day and I am thrilled with the results. I had thought that I would need to replace the tile in the boys' bathrooms because it looked so bad, but after it was cleaned they looked like new. The bathrooms also look bigger after the grout was lightened. I love how fresh my bathrooms feel after I had the work done. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
Five stars for Sir Grout!! They regrouted and polished marble in master bath. Also sealed granite in kitchen. The guys were on time and very nice. Everything looks new!!

I had a great experience. They resealed our counter tops, and cleaned and sealed the grout in our bathroom as well as fixed a few spots and re-caulked around the sink and toilet. This made such a difference in the bathrooms and they look so much better without replacing one thing.
Words cannot describe how excited I was to see the transformation in the grout in my bathroom! The discoloration drove me nuts on a daily basis, and I had tried cleaning it with everything possible.
