Hi Joe, just wanted to let you know we are very happy with the new grout and TJ's service. He came to Buckhead on time, politely introduced himself, and had a very pleasant attitude. TJ was extremely patient with me as I had a hard time picking a color (I ultimately went with his first suggestion - I should have listened sooner!) He was extremely detailed and wanted to make sure I was absolutely happy with my choice. He really took the time to listen and cared about my opinions. He found an area that had a large, porous hole and it was holding water (thus creating mold). Without a hesitation, he told me he was going to fix it and he did. TJ was extremely pleasant to work with. He went above and beyond my expectations and he sings great too! Thank you and your team for your services. We had all of our tile in the house sealed and re-grouted where needed. As another person posted, they may not be the cheapest, but we were very satisfied with the work performed and the color seal group looks amazing. Jeff was excellent in his communication with us leading up to the day the work was performed.
