He made recommendations to focus on areas needed to be done more thoroughly and only light touch up to less important areas. Our master bath and powder room were completely transformed, look like very recently renovated. They also have warranty to their work. The two crew members showed up on time and were very polite and considerate. I brought up an issue at the end of the job and they took care of it right away. Thumbs up to Sir Grout and will use them again in the future.
