The DeKalb Historical Society used Sir Grout to take care of the floors in the Historical DeKalb County Courthouse. They look marvelous so I guess that is a good recommendation without them recommending anyone! I just saw the trucks there working one day and asked the men doing the work!

I had all of my showers and floors sealed by Sir Grout. My technician was very considerate, prompt and professional. He kept me up to date during the day. I had to change the color of my master floor (incorrectly done by builder), and he did a fabulous job. Master bath was transformed. Highly recommend Sir Grout. We had outstanding service from the techs at Sir Grout. Our tile flooring had many areas where the grout had broken up as well as some areas had heavy staining. All came out beautiful, clean tiles and replaced grout!

They did a wonderful job! The house was built in 1961 and the grout had never been "deep cleaned" and resealed. Throughout the process, there were NO surprises. The first contact came on time, explained the process, answered my questions and said he'd be available if I had any other questions. The workmen showed up on time. Their work was excellent, well done and in a professional manner. They were very careful when they had to go through the house to get outside to the truck. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and results.

I called the office and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Jeff Miller, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. He explained what he would recommend with clear pricing and explanations of everything that would be done. On the appointment day his employee, Donald, gave us a courtesy call on the way to us. We especially liked that this company uses employees and not outside, independent contractors. Donald was very professional, courteous and hard working. He did a great job, very thorough and neat. Cleaned up everything when he was done. From time of estimate to actual appointment was only two days. Thanks for fitting us in! I would definitely recommend this company if you want your shower to look like new again.

I have had great experiences with Jeff. We have used his services in 2 different homes & have always been pleased with the results. If you don't have to replace marble then don't. Just bring it back up to its beautiful shine. When you have the grout redone it's like a brand new bathroom at a fraction of the cost. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will use again if I need them.
