It went beautifully. Floors look like new. Don't need to replace now. Jeff came out and gave me a quote within one week of my scheduling it with a very friendly and helpful person. Michael came and did all of the work nonstop for about 6 hours or so. He did excellent work, answered all of my questions about what he was going to do. We were very satisfied with their work.

The DeKalb Historical Society used Sir Grout to take care of the floors in the Historical DeKalb County Courthouse. They look marvelous so I guess that is a good recommendation without them recommending anyone! I just saw the trucks there working one day and asked the men doing the work!

I had all of my showers and floors sealed by Sir Grout. My technician was very considerate, prompt and professional. He kept me up to date during the day. I had to change the color of my master floor (incorrectly done by builder), and he did a fabulous job. Master bath was transformed. Highly recommend Sir Grout. They are flexible and deliver completely on their service. Will use no one else in the future.

We had outstanding service from the techs at Sir Grout. Our tile flooring had many areas where the grout had broken up as well as some areas had heavy staining. All came out beautiful, clean tiles and replaced grout!
