I am in the process of selling a condo. Considered replacing floors in kitchen and baths but saw an ad for Sir Grout and decided to look into it. Price to clean grout (replace or color if needed), seal and shine was very compelling. I decided to give it a try and include the tile showers. I couldn't be more satisfied.
