I contacted Jeff Miller, the owner, for a quote to clean and "re-color" dirty, 18 year old grout in 5 bathrooms and a mud room and re-grout the tile floor in a shower. There was no pressure. Jeff explained in detail the work they would do and provided a quote for other services if I chose. I think the price was fair for the results which are amazing. TJ does excellent work and he also happens to be a nice guy! I highly recommend Sir Grout.

We hired Sir Grout to repair tile and re-grout the shower in our master bath. The experience from start to finish was professional and the resulting work product exceeded our expectations. Sir Grout provided us with a detailed quote. We agreed on a date for performing the work.

Sir Grout called us the evening prior to the work date to confirm they would be at the house. They called 30 minutes prior to arriving to let us know they were on the way. Michael, the technician, was extremely professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. When he left, there was nothing at all for us to clean up. The shower looks brand new! We will use Sir Grout again, and have already begun recommending them to our neighbors.
