I had a good experience with Sir Grout. The inspection visit set reasonable expectations for the service and results that followed. I had to do the work in two phases, and both technicians were very good, left no messes for me to clean up, and got really good results with my tile.
I contacted Jeff Miller, the owner, for a quote to clean and "re-color" dirty, 18 year old grout in 5 bathrooms and a mud room and re-grout the tile floor in a shower. There was no pressure. Jeff explained in detail the work they would do and provided a quote for other services if I chose. I think the price was fair for the results which are amazing. TJ does excellent work and he also happens to be a nice guy! I highly recommend Sir Grout.
