We were very pleased with the work Sir Grout did for us. The tile in our kitchen, hall way, and bathroom was not laid very well so the grout started coming out in several places. Jeff Miller was our contact person and Jason did the work. Both were professional and every aspect was completed as promised, at the time promised, and now the floor looks new. Would gladly used them again but hope we don't have to!

This is my experience with Sir Grout and a breakdown of events: Spoke to Melissa who scheduled an appointment to get a quote in a very reasonable time; The General Manager Joe showed up promptly, reviewed the necessary work, gave me a fair quote and a detailed description of the process for the requested work; Scheduled date for the work and had two excellent guys, Shane and Donald who did an excellent job. In addition to the efficiency, every person representing this company was professional, on time and neat in performing the job.

Prior to calling the folks at Sir Grout, I had called another company in Atlanta that was referred to me. This other company said they would call me back to schedule a quote and never did. I called them again and was told the same thing. Because of that, I did my own research and found Sir Grout. All the reviews I read on Sir Grout are true. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH AND I HAVE GIVEN THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION TO ALL MY NEIGHBORS.

My last comment is that I showed the work done on our tile floors to my neighbor who has sold real estate in Atlanta for over 30 years. Unsolicited, he said it's the best work he has ever seen! What a compliment to Sir Grout!!

Whenever you need showers or tubs regrouted - this is the company to call. Don't even waste your time with other companies. Sir Grout gets the job right the 1st time and backs up their work! The guys were great and did STELLAR work. Thank you!

The two showers were in dire need to have the grout/showers cleaned up as the builder did not finish the job. This team did an outstanding job from start to finish.

We had Sir Grout redo our grout in our master shower and our guest bathroom floor. It looks brand new. We spent a lot of money on the updates in our master bath, so it was nice to see it back to it's former glory.

We met Jeff Miller (owner of Sir Grout) via a coupon we found in the Sunday paper. He came by, took a look and was very honest with us. Our shower stall floor was floating and beyond the scope of what he did. He recommended one of his subs to come out and give an estimate to remove and replace the shower stall floor.

TJ and Randy were terrific. They did the work with attention to detail and followed through on every commitment. When they were done they returned and then finished the removal and sealing of some grout lines on the stall walls. When it was done it looked just like Jeff said it would, brand new. If you don't consider Sir Grout for your tile work it will be your loss...

What a spectacular company. Jeff showed up and did a great job explaining what he saw and how their services could fix the problem. He cares and it shows, we will use them again and highly recommended them to anyone if this line of work is needed.

Called Sir Grout and Jeff came over and did a quote (very pleasant and professional) on our master bathroom shower tile which after 6 years was a mess. Jeff assured us that all could be fixed. Donald was our technician and he was also very pleasant and professional. I was so impressed with the work that I had our other bathroom done along with our kitchen.
