Joe and Donald the tech were very nice and accommodating. I had a concern about the grout after the work was completed, I called. Joe, he was on vacation but sent Donald out to take care of the areas of concern. Sir Grout seems to be a little more expensive then other companies but It's important to me that Joe will stand behind the work, so feel it's well worth the difference.

Sir Grouts services far exceeded my expectations. Shane, our service rep was professional, communicative and was very respectful of our home, leaving it in pristine condition. The services he provided, made our tile floors and shower look brand new. He also replaced the grout in our kitchen where our back splash had fractured from house settling. It too, not only did it match, but looked like new. I highly recommend Sir Grout for your grout cleaning, and shower and sink Re caulking. I will definitely request Shane next time we have another project.

I had Joe and his team come out almost a year ago, and they did an awesome job, and the tile and grout looked great! A couple of months ago, we recognized that in a few areas, the sealant had not held up as well in certain sections. I called Joe, and he came out, looked at it, and recognized something had not worked. He stood behind his work and promised to send someone out. I honestly thought I would have to call and remind him, but much to my surprise, he reached out when they had an appointment change, sent someone out, and we are good to go!

My husband and I were very pleased with how our shower turned out. The new grout makes everything look fresh and clean again. I also loved the way Jim kept us updated prior to the work being done and was extremely thorough about the details of the repairs. Very professional! I am very satisfied with the work that Sir Grout did at my house. I had very 'aged' tile and grout in all of my bathrooms and needed to freshen everything up to get my house ready to sell. Very professional company from start to finish. The owner, Jeff Miller even called to reassure me that amid our current pandemic the company was following CDC guidelines and educating their employees. I only had my master bathroom cleaned and regrouted so far, and it looks so nice. Great job by Shane.
