Our shower was a mess. Mold growth we just couldn't get rid of and cracking or missing grout. Sir Grout did a phenomenal job. Repaired cracking grout, cleaned and sealed it. It looks brand new. Professional service and attention to detail. I can't say enough good about the service and am thrilled with the "new shower".

Shout out to Sir Grout!! The tile in our shower was looking very bad. The grout was cracking and the floor looked like it was getting pockets in it. White calcium deposits were showing on the tile. I thought for sure we would have to retile. To my surprise, I was told that they could repair the damage and that we would be very happy with it. They were true to their word. The repairman they sent was very nice. He did a wonderful job! I couldn't believe it! It looked like a brand new shower! Even the calcium was gone. It only took him about 4 hours to complete the job. I will refer anyone that needs work on their tiled shower to Sir Grout! They truly know what they are doing!

I called with a concern about cracks in my shower floor and received very useful advice. Rather than stoke my fears and try to sell me on their services they explained that water damage was unlikely in my situation and that a simple solution would be for me to apply some silicon or eventually consider re-tiling. I appreciate this kind of honesty and professionalism, and will surely call them back in the future.

Great experience. Super honest and friendly! Joe came out to give me an estimate for some small grout repair work that I had previously botched myself. He ended up walking me through exactly what I needed to do to fix it and didn't charge me a dime. I would totally recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future!
