Had Sir Grout clean/seal/re-caulk tile bath in an old condo. It was a mess. Black mildew stains were everywhere and the white grout between the floor tiles was dark gray. YUCK, but Sir Grout fixed all that. They promptly came to inspect the bath and provide a quote. We really appreciated the "education" given during the inspection phase. We also really appreciated the lack of a "hard sell" pitch. (I don't know about you, but I'm sick the hard sell.) When we called to schedule the work, they promptly fit us into the schedule (essentially a new team member was willing to work on a Sunday). The worker showed up on time and he did a great job. He was very diligent throughout the project even though the work took several hours longer than originally anticipated. I commend his and his work. I have no qualms whatsoever recommending Sir Grout.

General Manager, Joe Bodnar, came out and gave us a quote for our Master Bathroom. He was very pleasant and delightful to deal with! The quote was very fair, reasonable and no up-charging what so ever. Owner, Jeff Miller, called the night before to confirm appointment (since Joe was on vacation (much deserved)). We had the pleasure of having Donald Carter perform the grout work. He was meticulously detailed oriented and did a phenomenal job in our Master Bath (floor and shower)!! He really loves what he does and it shows!! I highly recommend Sir Grout to all homeowners that want their tiled bathrooms cleaned and grout redone. Please thank Donald again for me!!

We met the workman as we left for a week of travel. He worked with my daughter who is working at home. We looked at the work done and it seemed to meet the quote as stated. Our project was very small and cost a great deal for the amount of work, but my wife was quite happy with the result. The appearance following the work is excellent and I expect our desire for a long term leak free shower enclosure will be met.
