Great Job! We had water leaking from our master shower into our basement. Turned out it was not a plumbing issue, but rather our tiled shower had lost lots of bits and pieces of grout in between the tiles so that there were spaces with no grout, thus allowing water to flow through the tiles and down to the basement. Because we wanted the job done right, we decided to look for a company that specialized only in grout. We would do an ok job, a general contractor would do a better job, but a grouting company should do a great job and do it right.

We found Sir Grout and based on the excellent reviews online we contact them to come out and give an estimate. The sale rep was great and very professional. He explained the process and warranty and provided an estimate. We were impressed with the sales rep, his explanation of the work that would be done, and the reviews that we decided to go with Sir Grout and not seek any other estimates. I don't know what a good price is for what they did, but we believe that our cost was fair and reasonable and well worth it. Our work was scheduled 6 weeks out as they are booked, but an opening came available 3 weeks early and we took it.

One worker came out. He was very nice and did an excellent job on the shower. It only took about 4 1/2 hours. He redid all of the grout in the shower and even the grout on the outside of the shower on the floor. We have a light brown colored grout (alabaster) on the floor tiles and tub tiles as well and they matched it perfectly. He even redid all of the caulking in the shower. They put a special coating on the grout to help it last longer and protect it from water. They offer a special cleaner for the shower to protect the tiles and grout even more, so we did purchase it. The shower looks beautiful, like new and no more water dripping into my basement! This is an awesome company and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend them if you have any type of grout work to be done!

I highly recommend Sir Grout Atlanta for shower and floor grouting. Pat and Donald did an amazing job, taking a floor and shower with worn out grout and restoring it to brand new condition. It's amazing how just their grout work improved significantly the whole look of the bathroom. We had 3 bathrooms in a brand new house that needed to be cleaned and sealed. Two of them had grout haze on the tile from the installation. Sir Grout did a fantastic job cleaning up and resealing our marble shower. The previous owners left it a mess but Sir Grout knew exactly how to help. They were honest that it wouldn't look like new and that they couldn't pick out the existing grout between the small marble tiles on the ground without damaging - handymen who came to quote said they could and now I know it would have likely looked worse had we used them. My one complaint was that communication was very delayed because I think they've been extremely busy. Still would definitely recommend!

Jeff Miller is an honest professional and his technician delivered good quality work as promised. My wife is super happy with the final result. Initially, she and I were considering actually replacing our tile, but the Sir Grout process literally made our tile and grout like new. The thing we are most excited about is the fact that the grout is no longer porous so it will no longer absorb liquids and dirt. When it does become soiled it can be cleaned and the grout will look like new again.
