Addressed an issue with shower floor; grout discolored in certain areas. Jeff explained what was causing this and proposed a couple of solutions to mitigate the problem. Technician who did the actual work cleaned the tile and grout and addressed the issues identified by Jeff. I'm hoping this will give me a couple more years of service on the floor before thinking about retiling. I would recommend this service.

We have used Sir Grout in the past and just used them again. And we are just as satisfied as we were several years ago. The initial consultation was quick and easy. The service performed on our shower was exactly as described.

Their representative Cole did an outstanding job on our 32 year old shower tiles. We sent a picture to our daughter, lives out of state, and she commented that it looks practically new. She saw the condition it was in. Sorry that I did not take a before picture. In fact, we want Cole to do our porcelain tiled kitchen floor. In spite of a minor problem with scheduling, we are very happy and will recommend this company.
