Donald was excellent. He confirmed the appointment and showed up on time. He explained the work to be done and then we left him alone. He showed us the finished product. Highly recommended.
Sir Grout Atlanta sent Nick to refinish our entire travertine-tiled kitchen floor. It had a large area of immediate staining/etching from spilling acidic lemon electrolyte water from a glass container. Nick did an incredible job, and our kitchen floor looks fabulous. He paid attention to important details like protecting our kitchen area from residue and taping off the hardwood areas around the kitchen to prevent damage. Plus, he is very pleasant to work with.
Also, the owner of Sir Grout Atlanta, Ari, as well as Joe, who helps manage the business, were very professional to deal with throughout the entire process, and their timely responses when I had questions were greatly appreciated. I feel fortunate that this is the company I hired for this project.
Sir Grout Atlanta was very easy to work with through the estimate visit to the finished work. They were very neat and quietly started and finished the agreed work on an earlier date, in the the timeframe quoted. Highly recommend for shower restoration!
Wonderful company to work with. Kind, respectful, friendly, and extremely meticulous in their work. We would recommend them for any job. They did an excellent job!
What a great company! Ari came out and gave us an overview of the project and gave us an estimate on the spot. He was able to arrange for the work to be done the next day! Joe did a fabulous job on our white tile floor. We can now be proud to entertain out of town guests next week!
Nick did an awesome job! He was very thorough and clean. The final product was better than expected. Sir Grout is very reliable and courteous, beyond his technical skills.
Cooper did a fantastic job on my Marble Floors! I had a small question, and Cooper came right out to address the situation! He was on time, knowledgeable, and very courteous!! I even had to go to a quick appointment and felt totally fine leaving him alone in my house!! I will definitely have them do more work at my house!!
They did an excellent job. Donald was awesome, quick, and professional. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
