Sir Grout was fantastic all around. I had a crack in the tile floor of the shower, disintegrating caulk and mold around the kitchen sink from the sealant wearing away. Jeff, the franchise owner, arrived for the estimate and was courteous and polite, answering all my questions. The technician who did the work, Joe, was punctual, thorough, and neat, taking care of everything that was agreed to in the quote.

It has only been two weeks since they were here so I can't say how the products they used hold up, but so far they seem durable. I'll provide an update later. Thanks, Jeff and Joe.

These guys did an excellent job fixing my bathroom shower tile and floor. It looks so good. They were thorough but efficient, super detail-oriented, very kind, cleaned up everything after the work was done, and took the time to let me look through sample colors. They were also able to get me a certificate of insurance for my condo building quickly (when I requested it at the very last minute).

My shower looks brand new... Actually, it looks better than when it was originally built. Jeff has a great company and does top-notch work. No wonder he has been in business for so long!

Donald coached us on how to care for the shower, the cleaning products to use, etc. Then the company follows up with a thank-you and invites you to call them anytime with questions or concerns.
