Nick from Sir Grout did a very professional job on our floor and wall tile. He was on time and kept his work space neat as he went along. He caulked additional spaces that were not noticed on the initial walk-through and pointed out potential problem areas for us to keep an eye on that he noticed as he was cleaning the tile. Scheduling with Sir Grout was easy and and I appreciate the many options (good/better/best) that they made available to us when quoting our job.
Absolutely 5 stars for Sir Grout. Ari came out himself to look at the mess my previous contractor left behind, and he immediately knew what needed to be done. Donald, my technician, was fantastic, he removed the bad floor grout, fixed the shower‑floor issues, touched up the wall grout, and made the tiles look brand‑new. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely skilled. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend them.
We hired Sir Grout to clean, regrout and seal our subway tile in our master bathroom shower. Patrick did an outstanding job in making our 22 year old shower look brand new. I am so pleased with everyone involved at Sir Grout including Phyllis who did the estimate and spent a lot of time explaining the process. I highly recommend Sir Grout.
