Nick from Sir Grout did a very professional job on our floor and wall tile. He was on time and kept his work space neat as he went along. He caulked additional spaces that were not noticed on the initial walk-through and pointed out potential problem areas for us to keep an eye on that he noticed as he was cleaning the tile. Scheduling with Sir Grout was easy and and I appreciate the many options (good/better/best) that they made available to us when quoting our job.

Donald, my technician, was fantastic, he removed the bad floor grout, fixed the shower‑floor issues, touched up the wall grout, and made the tiles look brand‑new. We hired Sir Grout to clean, regrout and seal our subway tile in our master bathroom shower. Patrick did an outstanding job in making our 22 year old shower look brand new. Nick cut away the nasty looking caulk, cleaned up the rest of the shower, re-caulked in the proper color, it took a few hours. Looks good as new now.
